The GR Print LUT was designed for smooth color rendering and saturation compression while giving you the flexibility to craft your look underneath the LUT.
What is the workflow for the GR Print LUT?
The GR Print LUT is compatible with DaVinci Resolve. The LUT inputs DaVinci Wide Gamut/DaVinci Intermediate, and outputs to Rec709, Gamma 2.4. This allows easy adaptation with any camera to develop looks and color grade scene-referred underneath the LUT.
The LUT is not based on film, but custom built to give you a beautiful image that is technically sound from the start. With the included PowerGrade, quickly add one of the four RGB curves presets or set a D55 white point. I recommend building looks underneath the LUT with a combination of RGB curves and hue/saturation/density tools.
